WASHINGTON 1000

Washington 1000 is a refined, 17 story, Class A office tower rising 546,000 square feet at 1000 Olive Way in Seattle’s Denny Triangle, completed in 2024. As co-developer alongside Hudson Pacific Properties, Pine Street Group played a pivotal role in shaping this high-amenity, LEED Gold targeted landmark.

Working closely with LMN Architects (Design Architect) and Lease Crutcher Lewis (Construction Manager), PSG supported planning, design coordination, and development oversight, ensuring integrated design, programming, and delivery aligned with market and sustainability goals.
