PSG served as Development Manager for the Seattle Convention Center’s Summit Building, the largest urban high-rise convention center in North America and the most complex alternative delivery project in Washington state history.
From land acquisition through delivery, we guided every stage of this transformational project. PSG navigated unprecedented challenges: building over I-5, coordinating across city agencies, and leading through tariffs, strikes, and a global pandemic, all while keeping the project moving forward.
The Summit Building now stands as a landmark civic facility, reshaping downtown Seattle and delivering long-term value to the region.

Largest and most complex alternative delivery project in Washington State

$150 million in contracts awarded to women-and minority-owned businesses (nearly double the original goal)

30% of the construction workforce were people of color; 25% came from economically distressed zip codes

1781 apprenticeships supported, included 34% minority and 12% female participation

267 women trained through ANEW pre-apprenticeship programs, opening pathways into construction careers
