VIA6 APARTMENTS

Developed by Pine Street Group, Via6 is a 654 unit residential community at Sixth Avenue and Lenora Street in downtown Seattle. The project features two 24-story towers connected by a six story podium with three levels of below-grade parking.

Designed to feel intimate within its scale, Via6 fosters community through thoughtful amenities and shared spaces. Residents enjoy a fitness center, theatre, rooftop gardens, entertainment areas, a mezzanine gaming lounge, bike storage, and pet-friendly features.

The street level attracted a curated mix of retail including: The Victor Tavern by Ethan Stowell Restaurants, Rubinstein Bagels, Velo Bike Shop, ViaBike commuter club, Bishops Barbershop, and Gadget Fix. These retailers creates an active and vibrant streetscape.

Sustainability and livability were central to the project: Via6 achieved LEED Gold certification and earned a near-perfect 99 Walk Score, underscoring its place as one of Seattle’s most connected and eco-conscious residential communities.
