VIA6 APARTMENTS

Via6 is Pine Street Group’s (PSG) most recent development. This 654-unit apartment project is under construction at Sixth Avenue and Lenora Street in downtown Seattle. Via6 is composed of two 24-story towers with a six-story podium in between and three levels of below-grade parking. Units will average approximately 700 square feet and will feature quality appointments and sweeping views. An intimate environment will promote community. Market-smart amenities will include a fitness center, community room, theatre, landscaped rooftop garden, bicycle club and bike storage, and such conveniences at the base as a restaurant and boutique grocery store. This eco-friendly and centrally located building is expecting at least a LEED Silver rating and scores 100 out of 100 on its walkability on Walkscore.com. Via6 will open to residents early in 2013.

The institutional equity partners in Via6 are the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and an entity affiliated with the Multi-Employer Property Trust, clients of Bentall Kennedy, Seattle. The project team includes GGLO (architect), Lease Crutcher Lewis (general contractor) and MKA (structural engineer), all of Seattle.
