The six-story, 80,000-square-foot 1505 Fifth Avenue Building once composed the southern one-third of the former Nordstrom store. The property fronts on the northwest corner of Fifth Avenue and Pike Street. It is occupied at street-level by  Diesel and by telecommunications and office tenants above. Pine Street Group leases and manages the building.
